Sandy Nam is a junior studying Neuroscience and Behavior and minoring in Compassionate Care in Medicine in the College of Science. She is currently working in the Patzke lab to study the function of coxsackie adenovirus receptor (CAR) protein and is interested in understanding its potential relationships to neurological disorders, specifically down syndrome.
