Christine Chen is a sophomore undergraduate student from New Orleans, Louisiana. She is majoring in Neuroscience and Behavior with a double major in Chinese. Christine joined the Patzke lab in spring 2024 and is currently assisting in researching Coxsackievirus and adenovirus receptor (CAR) protein and its role in Down Syndrome. She hopes to gain research experience and potentially pursue a Ph.D. or MD.
